Dear Vendor / Exhibitor:

The Southwest Louisiana Garden EXPO Steering Committee invites you to exhibit in the Southwest Louisiana Garden Conference & EXPO being held in the Burton Coliseum on March 24 & 25 from 9:00 am. until 5:00 pm. Friday and Saturday.

We want you to participate!  This is the premier Garden Show for Southwest Louisiana.  Garden folks are coming from everywhere approximately 3,000 + strong.

Booth Requirements:  Vendors and Exhibitors are responsible for bringing their own tables & chairs for their booths including skirting, backdrops, electrical cords (outlets limited), loading and unloading, as well as, carts, wagons, dollies, etc. to help carry purchased merchandise out to customer vehicles. . - Tables can be rented from Burton Coliseum Concession for $10.00/table with 2 chairs. - There are electrical outlets but limited.

There is unlimited parking at the Burton Coliseum for Garden EXPO parking.  There are 200 Camper hookups available for vendors with Camper trailers.  Hookups provide 30 amp breakers, sewerage & water.  Camper area lends itself to family atmosphere.
 

Set up time:   

  Thursday, March 23 - 8:00 am. - 5:30pm. 

  Friday, March 24 & Saturday, March 25 - carry-in items only.

 

Breakdown time:  

  Saturday, March 25 - 5:01 pm. until 6:00 pm.

 

   
Cancellation Policy.  If cancellation (received in writing) is made prior to February 14, 2017, a full refund will be made, less $10.00 administrative fee.  Otherwise, we're sorry,  it cost us money to sponsor the Garden EXPO with financial commitments!              

A confirmation letter will be sent to you upon receiving your completed registration/contract form. A welcoming package will be available on arrival at the Garden EXPO.  Take some time to read it.

Please review the Booth Layout Floor Plan of the Garden EXPO.  Please indicate your Booth Number for 1st., 2nd. and 3rd. choices of location on the enclosed Registration Form.   Preferences will be given to long standing exhibitors, but FINAL decision is left up to the EXPO Steering Committee.  Space is offered on a first come first served basis.

     Deadline for late Registration is March 30, 2017.

Please return your registration as soon as possible.  Be sure to fill out the Registration Form completely and mail in with your check for the amount of booth space you want.  Your letter of confirmation will serve as your receipt.
